Absolutely LOVE this mask! Skin gets warm but to me it is a sign that it works well! Has an automatic shut off and also automatic rotation so I use most of the colors in a 30 minute sitting. The company says to use it for 15 minutes but I prefer 30 minutes in one go every night as I get better results and I am just sitting there on my phone anyways. You can also set it to where all the colors are used. I use the red light for texture, tone, and fine lines/wrinkles! Blue light is for acne, sun damage & wound healing. I skip green since I do not have hyperpigmentation. It has become the only must have in my night routine! The price should be more honestly. Great value.

This is so easy to use and needs less time and work for great results. I’ve used the red light wands and liked it, but it was a hassle to use twice daily for 10 minutes. With the mask, you can put it on and still do day to day tasks while getting your red light therapy in. At 15 minutes per session, I’m surprised with the results.
